Styling is hard, I think, but so fun to play around with. Running up and down the stairs to shop the house for what might work best. It's my cardio.
So to get me in the mood, let us take a gander at these winners.

Which one is your favorite? Do you get a charge out of moving things around your house? Do you love a well styled table as much as I do?
I still die over the first image! Die.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is the 4th one down with the dog and the globe and the tulips in the entry. That entire look works for me.
ReplyDelete#6 the lamps next to one another ... fun and different! and #8, the red toile console ... how happy! xo
ReplyDeleteAsking me if I like to move things around? That's what I do!
ReplyDeleteI keep trying every mix of accessories, furniture, etc. I can think of!
It's more than Fun!
I like mine good and overstuffed as well. The more the merrier really.
ReplyDeleteI love console tables. They are so great to style ;) xo Kristin
ReplyDeleteI adore the 4th one down and it's not just because of the cute doggie. I move stuff all the time and there's nothing I love more than styling!!
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend,Elizabeth
#5 is breathtaking! Simple, elegant, clean. Wowsers.
ReplyDeleteI WANT that gold "hi" on the last one, and the color coordination on the books tweaks my inner designer.
ReplyDeleteLove that entry with the globe and tulips on the console table. Just got back from visiting and following your Styling board on Pinterest...so much fabulous eye candy and inspiration! Time to start moving some things around here...
ReplyDeleteif I were capable of doing it well, I would love it. instead, I love watching others do it on blogs and pinterest :) i love the second pic with all of the books and the hydrangeas

The second image with the purple console is totally amazing! I just love stacks of books. And the purple stands out so well against the white. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI love styling stuff!! I get so excited to try out different looks with things from around my house- it's like play time! I think my favorite of these console styles is the last one- I love the big gold Hi! I'm excited to see what you do! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI actually love the last one. It feels unstyled/styled. The "hi" is super fun, too.
ReplyDeleteI fell hard for #2. The pretty purple console and the stacks of books. Oh I almost forgot the beautiful chandelier being reflected in the mirror. What's not to love?
ReplyDeleteI was drowning in console styling when I did mine in my dining room but good god what a way to die! Love it all, so many good examples out there and I am still changing mine up on a nearly daily basis. Can't wait to see what you come up with! xxx
ReplyDeleteI love console or tabletop styling- for me it's a place to add colour that I would normally be too chicken to use in my house. I like when items on a console are personal and have stories to go along with them. But I also love a good gourd lamp. I'm looking forward to seeing what you do! xo
ReplyDeletePhoto 3 I spy a couple of Jane Austin Penguin books behind the sofa. Great collection of books still in reach and visible. I hope we always treasure the touch and purchase of books.
ReplyDeleteI love the one with the striped floor and the one with the dog! I don't do too much styling these days because I live with a critter who delights in pushing things off of surfaces {lamps, pottery, laptops, you name it}. I have to solve that first but until then things are pretty no nonsense.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see what you come up with!
I'm a sucker for a good pair of lamps, so those are the ones I tend towards. All of these peeps have skills, though. I could definitely use help in this department.... :/
ReplyDeleteA lilac console? Delicious!
