yep, that pier 1
This is a big week for me. I've got my first photo shoot and I'm pretty excited. It's too early to divulge any details (as soon as I can promise) but I will say that my sourcing adventures have led me to a place I hardly ever go.

ReplyDeleteI haven't shopped there in years!! I used to go there all of the time and then went to Home Goods and fell in love. I guess it's time to give Pier 1 another chance :)

ReplyDeleteI must check it out soon. I haven't been there in months. I have many pieces, including the 4 foot clock over MC's desk, that were great finds. It should be on the top of our places to go!

ReplyDeleteI am surprised. Last time I was in there the offerings were so incredibly fugly. I have not been back because I did not need a zebra table or patchwork dining chairs.

Nice! I like Pier 1 a lot but haven't been in ages. Is that a rug in the bottom right? If so, I love it. I'm a sucker for blue.

I'll echo everyone else. Can't believe they're doing a DD knock-off - how very chic of them. And those other finds are amazing too. You just never know. Need to swing by sometime. And can't wait to hear more about your photo shoot!! So exciting!!

ReplyDeleteCongrats on the photoshoot! I actually worked at Pier 1 for years while I was in school and did a lot of the merchandising for the store. It was perfect for me because I never wanted to buy anything. :) I really only got things when they gave me a gift card.

I always forget pier 1 also! And I used to work there! I love your finds... will have to put this on my sourcing list! I am so excited to learn more about your photo shoot... how exciting!

ReplyDeleteIt's been awhile since I've been there too! My biggest issues are at how overcrowded their store are and horribly merchandised. There are some finds if you look! You sure found some great ones!!!
