You know my love of polka dots. And then there is my obsession with gold (here, here and here). So how about blending them together into a big ol' mix of awesome.

  14. you need to get your hands on some rub and buff - get it in gold and you can have that lamp all on your own. There are even polka dot stamps you could use to create that look if you arent comfortable free handing it!

I am now in gold polka dot lust!

  15. Oman such graphic goodness! It's such a major difference seeing spots in black and white versus gilded and gold, my personal FAVE! Something kitschy could turn opulent with the flick of a switch! Amazing choices, I'm really ogling Kate Spades glass blown bottle...is that perfume?? Great choices!

Would love to get your thoughts on my most recent hotel renovation when you get a chance! Hope to see you soon!

  18. Those lamps are great! I have a problem with polka dots too. I had to convince myself that I didn't need yet another spotted shirt or cardigan a few times in the last month. :)

  21. You could get a shiny brass lamp, circle stickers, and white matte spray paint. Apply the stickers directly to the brass lamp, spray lamp white, remove stickers. TA- dah
